About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Sustainability and Regulatory Compliance. This role is pivotal in the design, implementation, and maintenance of effective programs that ensure the company's compliance with global regulatory requirements, particularly those related to sustainability and greenhouse gas emissions reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining related policies and procedures, as well as owning the development of a centralized, global regulatory compliance requirements registry. Additionally, the role involves external facing sustainability reporting, supporting the development of environmental and climate strategy, and engaging with customer sustainability and compliance inquiries. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, finance, or a related field, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, and a proven track record in designing and building sustainability and regulatory compliance programs at a large, multi-national company. Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD is essential, as is experience in managing large, complex projects and leading teams. The role requires a clear thinker with strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively across a large global organization, and a personal passion for solving complex business and climate-related issues. A graduate degree and PMP certification are desired.
