Reporting to the COO and working closely with the CEO, you will develop and deliver the strategy for the consultancy team, line managing a growing team of 5. As a leader in a scaling business you will own the revenue targets, develop the service offering, build client relationships and embody the values of the company.

Successful candidates are likely to have a leadership role in an existing consultancy or have managed small consultancy teams and are looking to be closer to the business strategy. Most importantly, you will have successfully motivated and managed a high performing team, guiding clients on their journey to minimal impact.

You will need a solid technical background in LCA from academia or industry as well as a passion for leading and developing people.
