We are looking for a commercially focused sustainability leader with the passion to build an ESG advisory team and proposition.

Candidates should have a strong background in sustainability consulting across strategy development, reporting (ideally emerging frameworks such as CSRD), policy and wider corporate sustainability topics. You will likely have operated at a senior level in an advisory environment, running teams, projects and pitching for and winning consulting work.

This is a huge opportunity to build an ESG practice within the structure of a growing and successful consulting firm. With support from the Advisory Director and wider team you will design and build the ESG advisory practice including proposition, strategy, recruitment and business development. Leveraging existing partnerships, you will be able to build credible relationships with senior clients, often within the CFO office, prepare persuasive proposals and secure and deliver high quality consulting work. You will be the SME on sustainability matters internally and act as an advisor to clients on their sustainability journeys.
