Job Title: ESG Manager

Salary: £67,500
What you’ll be doing:
• Provide leadership and management for the ESG programme
• Take responsibility for delivery of change management within the ESG programme
• Ensure Business benefits associated with the changes are measured and tracked within their
programme and consistent benefit realisation standards are applied
• Monitor and report programme change element performance and ensure full integration of change elements into programme schedule
• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder (internal and external) relationships maintaining regular communications and managing expectations
• Proactively identify the risk arising from the change activities and ensure they are properly managed within the project/programme context
• Ensure any change management activities are properly incorporated into any project/programme LCM activities

Essential
• This role demands the capacity to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external
• Stakeholders involved span across various organizational levels, such as Line of Business Management Committees, Site/Functional Directors, Employee Representatives, Suppliers, and Customers
• The job holder should be able to demonstrate integrity, credibility and maturity to gain the confidence and respect of others
• Given the dynamic work environment, this role necessitates problem-solving and decision-making abilities that can adapt to changing circumstances
• It calls for analytical thinking to address complex challenges across diverse situations, demonstrating a strong sense of commercial awareness during decision-making
Desirable
• Furthermore, the role entails applying expertise and past experiences to resolve issues, even in scenarios not covered by standard procedures
• The role also requires effective communication skills able to negotiate internally and externally across a range of levels
• The job holder must have experience of managing people, in order to effectively lead a team of diverse talent and experience of managing a diverse range of ESG projects within a changing environment, delivering within budget and to agreed timescales
