Job Description A growing startup within the sustainability space is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their team. The company is working towards creating a more circular way of recovering materials and aims to reduce the amount of waste created by businesses and individuals. This role will be responsible for designing the core platform and work collaboratively with the C-level teams. Additionally, this individual will be conducting A/B testing, conducting user research, and create prototypes.
An excellent candidate should have a strong portfolio and a passion for solving complex problems. Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Experience across B2C and B2B platforms
- Experience with Figma.
- Previous experience building out design systems.
- Strong communication and oral skills.
