Ref: 14342 Role: Sustainability Manager (energy / utilities) Location: Hybrid (Head Office In London) Salary: Up to GBP55K Summary: Due to continued growth, a leading sustainability / FM management company has a new and exciting opportunity as a Sustainability Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous B2B Utilities industry knowledge, and experience of managing and overseeing Utility and data management teams whilst actively improving sustainability and social values. You must be able to manage a varying workload in a fast-paced environment, whilst continuing to build and maintain strong long-term relationships. Apply today Key responsibilities: Supporting company clients to make the transition to a low carbon economy. Actively improve the development of the client s sustainability and social value services. Assist occupiers to help achieve reduction in costs, energy consumption & carbon emissions. Working with clients through the provision of accurate and timely advice and deliverables. Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders alike. Assist site teams to implement and refine procedures to improve data capture and analysis. Support the team with new business pitching to clients and responding to bids. Engaging with a range of stakeholders to ensure services are valued and grown.Skills and experience required: Minimum 3 years of ESG, Sustainability and Social Value roles Experience of working in the Real Estate or Facilities Management sector would be desirable. Relevant degree (environment, sustainability or energy-related subjects would be useful. Experience with carbon emissions (Scope 1, 2 & 3) management, reporting and monitoring. Experience in supporting initiatives such as CDP, GRESB, ESOS, GHG Protocol, Science-Based Targets, Net Zero Carbon or similar Have a good understanding of the UN SDGs
