Join our team as a Sustainability Coordinator and help shape our sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) engagements. We are seeking an inspired and motivated individual who is passionate about sustainability and is looking to make a difference in the world. As the Sustainability Coordinator, you will work with multiple functions across our business and supply chain to address our sustainability challenges, creating commercial success together with positive impacts for society and the environment. You will recommend, design and implement quick wins and new approaches to enhance our sustainability programme to support and accelerate our company objectives, raising our company sustainability and CSR profile. You will also be responsible for monitoring emerging sustainability-related legal compliance, government and industry best practice and advising of potential business risks associated with emerging legislation while recommending solutions. You will review and manage the delivery of MI to include environmental, waste and sustainability performance and financial metrics. You will also support the marketing team by delivering the sustainability social media content. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a relevant subject, preferably in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Geography or equivalent qualification by experience, and professional membership of a relevant institution, such as IEMA, CIWM. You should also possess passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of sustainability, ability to write recommendation reports to suit varying audiences, good understanding of legislative requirements, ability to analyse data and make recommended changes, excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, and an understanding of market research methods and analysis.
