What this job involves Managing industry changing projects

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for managing delivering challenging energy and sustainability projects related to existing building operations, new construction sustainable design, and strategic portfolio advisory. In this ever-changing sustainability landscape, we are looking for an innovative team member with technical experience to support the growing need for carbon reduction legislation compliance and helping our team build out Net Zero Carbon strategies. Your continuous development of skills and adoption of new technologies is key to the impact you will have in this role. You will interact with clients and vendors to develop collaborative solutions, manage project related documentation, perform research, conduct weekly meetings and develop reports and memos communicating technical details, processes and action items Your knowledge of commercial real estate operations, sustainability and energy management, construction and/or architectural industry will speak to your ability to collaborate with your team in delivering innovative and industry changing projects.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications Education and experience

• Minimum 3-7 years' experience in real estate sustainability, energy efficiency or corporate environmental management
• LEED AP, WELL AP and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience preferred
• BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, finance, accounting, business, or related field with strong record of academic achievement
• Possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strategic Carbon Reduction and/or Net Zero experience a plus
• CEM, CEA, CxA and/or PE a plus
• Experience with the following is a plus: GRESB, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, ENERGY STAR, Building HVAC Systems, International Living Futures Institute, Net Zero, Passive House, Zero Waste

Estimated compensation for this position is:
