Job Title: Sustainability Data and Reporting Analyst Location: Reigate - Hybrid (40% office, the remainder at home) Full time - 35 hours The Role In the last two years Just has developed a strong Sustainability Strategy and is building out a sustainability team who will be integrated across the business, including exposure to a number of C-Suite executives (i.e. CFO, CTO, CRO). The purpose of this role is to support the Sustainability efforts of the business, including building robust sustainability data processes to ensure aspects of sustainability are monitored and measured and disclosed in good quality reports. Just Group are able to offer study support for individuals currently going through accounting qualifications (i.e. ACCA/CIMA/Carbon Accounting), so this is a great opportunity for additional learning and development. Key Responsibilities Co-ordination and analysis of sustainability data from business areas. Take ownership of operational disclosures such as TCFD, CDP, SECR, ESG Analysts and future reporting standards. Support in monitoring changes to environmental legislation, industry standards and best practice to ensure data supports any evolvement. Support in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives agreed at a Group level and improving engagement and momentum of sustainability across the business.Skills and Experience A strong passion for sustainability Strong data analytical skills - Advanced Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, macros) Experience in sustainability issues, either through academic study or work experience/ Previous experience of carbon accounting, or a desire to complete this qualification through the businessOverview of Company We're a specialist UK financial services group focusing on attractive segments of the UK retirement income market but guess what, we're not your traditional financial services company and we're not just looking for traditional financial services people.
