Ihre Aufgaben

• Manage and support on the development of a sustainability transformation strategy in close alignment with thestrategy and R&T department
• Lead the definition and set up of a sustainable product portfolio
• Manage a multi-stakeholder team identifying sustainable growth opportunities
• Lead a cross functional exchange on the EU Green Deal in close alignment with public affairs and regulatory intelligence preparing for upcoming legislation
• Support the group sustainability department in conducting a materiality assessment engaging stakeholder groups
• Definition and set up of a sustainability dashboard including data collection and visualisation to be reported on a quarterly basis to top management
• Lead and support the designated sustainable finance team ensuring flow of information and securing implementation of identified activities
• Responsible for the sustainability activities and foster lasting connections across the company and engage colleagues across the organisation in their work to support the sustainability activities
• Communicate the sustainability achievements internally and across digital platforms

Erfahrungen

• Completed studies (min. Master/Diploma) in the field of Aerospace Engineering, Environmental Technology, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• Proven leadership and managerial skills
• Experience in the set-up and leading of projects with multiple partners
• Proven experience working in the field of sustainability
• Good degree of knowledge on environmental regulations and their impacts to the business
• Proven experience in strategy development or strategic consulting
• Good MS Office skills
• Business fluent in English, good German skills and ideally another language to negotiation level (French or Spanish)
• Teamplayer which is able to work in international and cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a result oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Residence within Germany
• Willingness to travel
• Working time model: 35 h/week
