Our client is a leading integrated risk management software company with offices in the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and South Africa. The company has ambitious growth revenue plans over the next few years. To support this they are making significant investments in its ESG software platform. Main Responsibility of the ESG Product Sales Specialist Support the growth of a leading ESG solution, responsible for supporting the strategic development and continuous improvement of a dedicated software solution for ESG reporting and analysis. Must be passionate and well-informed around ESG topics and be committed to ongoing learning and development in this field, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels across an organization and confident in reviewing strategic decisions and challenging the visionOther Responsibilities of the ESG Product Sales Specialist includes: Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to gather feedback and inform future development of the ESG product Defining requirements for new features and guiding them through development. You will be comfortable liaising with developers to help translate business requirements into technical briefs Provide advice and consulting support for clients who would like to learn more about the ESG solution Gathers, evaluates and has a solid understanding of customer use cases as they relate to ESG. Maintains close contact with customers to gain a sense for where the market is heading given multiple considerations. Creates processes that are adept at recognizing customer needs to include designing and leading customer discovery projects to uncover user needs in specific areas. Aligns/coaches the team to ensure customer needs are met. Understands competitors and regulatory environment. Contributes to a product vision aligned with business strategy and communicates across all critical stakeholders.The ideal ESG Product Sales Specialist will have experience: 5+ years of experience working in the Software industry implementing ESG systems Systems implementation experience with ESG and/or carbon footprint tools. Have worked previously for an ESG software vendor. Client experience either in consulting or systems ESG implementation role Experience and knowledge of the ESG market in Europe and North America an advantage Tech savvy - understand latest technologies for desktop and feed product development. Command respect with both internal and external stakeholders Presentation skills (both in spoken and written formats) Familiarity with agile development principles. Familiarity with SaaS business models.The role is remote and paying up to GBP70,000 per annum for the right candidate
