Sustainability Analyst Location: London (Hybrid) Length: 12 months Rate: GBP25-29 p/h Hours: 9am 6pm Project Overview: ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Controllership s mission is to ensure integrity of ESG data and its disclosure in accordance with mandatory reporting requirements and Alphabet s sustainability strategy. Overall Responsibilities: Evaluate International ESG reporting regulations, scope impact and translate into project plans for implementation and readiness to comply Create and maintain project management assets, identify and progress key workstreams Advise on policy, process and controls over ESG data reporting Prepare material and presentations for reporting of key project milestones Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Scoping regulations and translation into workstreams and plan for implementation Project Management related activities & meeting cross-functional stakeholders to progress key workstreams Support with preparation of comms and presentation materials Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Education: Degree and field- Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility (ex. 4+ years experience as a Database Developer specifically in implementing ETL packages): Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role (ex. 3+ years experience writing SQL code). Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Google Apps, Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco) BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 6+ years of relevant experience from professional services and/or public multinational companies Proven project and stakeholder management abilities. Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification Experience of executing ESG reports / preparing ESG information and working knowledge of key ESG reporting frameworks (e.g. TCFD, GRI) Experience implementing processes and controls and governance procedures Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Proactivity and ability to thrive in ambiguity and an unstructured environment Interested?
