Senior Product Manager
GBP50,000 - GBP100,000 depending on experience
Location: UK / Remote with office space available in London & Bristol. At the moment we are only able to accept candidates based in the UK.

Tumelo recognises a global problem. Millions of ordinary people contribute to our investment system through ISAs, workplace pensions, and other investments. Yet most have no visibility over where their money is going and no voice at the many companies they own through their investments. The result? A society that is disengaged and an investment system that is failing to address critical social, environmental and governance challenges.

Tumelo was founded to change this. We've just raised a $19m Series A, we are growing at pace, heavily investing into our people and our product and have an exciting roadmap ahead of us.

Big change takes time but we are patient and ambitious in equal measure; influencing the system, building a movement, empowering the world.

We're also incredibly passionate about Tumelo's culture and ways of working. We have an amazing team who care deeply about our mission. We value team well-being and strive to build a safe, healthy environment where people can bring their whole selves to work.

What the team say:
"People actively help each other and make time for it. Every week I've learnt something new. Flexibility is respected. People are here to work and deliver, not to have meetings for the sake of it".

"Everyone here is treated as a valuable member of the team and no good deed goes unnoticed. I feel appreciated and respected constantly. The culture is full of fun and the people are all fab. Would recommend to anyone".

What the press says:

The Role
Building on the successful launch and rapid growth of our product, we're now expanding our team. We're looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Product Manager to join and be responsible for our Shareholder Platform. This is a key product, empowering any investor to have a say on how companies in which they invest are run. The Shareholder Platform is at the heart of our ambitious 24-month product strategy.

We're looking for experience designing and developing products from ideation to launch. You will own the vision and strategy for your product, identifying and evaluating growth opportunities with quantitative and qualitative research, testing hypotheses and leading a fully cross-functional squad to execute at pace and deliver measurable value.
It's a great time to join the team; our product is at a nascent stage and gaining traction fast, so you can have a huge impact on the significant global growth we will achieve over the next 12 months and beyond.

Over the next 12 months you will...

Define the vision and strategy for your product, delivering against our overarching product and company strategies
Own all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to execution to optimisation to measurement
Work with your design and research colleagues to understand the needs of the different customer personas, designing and testing solutions accordingly
Work with leadership and data colleagues to understand performance and spot growth opportunities
Build, communicate, and execute against your product roadmap, ensuring we're always focusing on the most impactful thing
Motivate a brilliant, talented team to do the best work of their careers

About you:

You have 5+ years experience developing and launching successful products
You have defined product vision and strategy and measured progress against it
You're a strong leader and collaborator, managing stakeholders and leading a high-performing cross-functional product squad
You make smart, well informed decisions and can communicate reasons clearly and persuasively, with supporting evidence and research
You're able to balance user experience, business value, technical feasibility and prioritise limited time and resource effectively
You're comfortable coordinating large scale projects, particularly B2B projects requiring you to gather information from and communicate with important third party customers
You definitely don't need finance experience but you must be willing to learn, and quickly!
You are passionate about social or environmental issues.
We have an ambitious mission to change the world so we hope to lead by example with a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the world we want to see. For the time being, you must have the right to work in the UK.

What we offer:

GBP50k - GBP100k Salary, dependent on experience.
Generous company share scheme plus an annual bonus
Work From Home budget.
5% employer pension contribution
Private Healthcare
GBP50 per month wellness budget
33 days holiday
Flexible hours
Tumfests - the team commit to gathering together for a full day at least once per month in Bristol. During the day we work on our culture, talk strategy, run hack days and bring in guest speakers. Then we always follow things up in the evening with a fun activity.
We're remote-first but we have an office in Bristol that you can also use as much as you'd like should you wish to have a space to work outside of your home.As we continue to grow, we intend to increase our employee benefits package so expect more in future
